Michael Vollmin - Partner & Construction Manager

Michael has over 26 years of construction-related experience involving high-end single- and multi-family communities; luxurious condominium and townhome centers with top grade amenity areas; additions, renovations and alterations of specialized million-dollar home and office projects in North Carolina along with owning and managing a custom home-building company located in New Jersey including custom decks and framing.

Michael is responsible for:

• Overseeing each project from start to finish
• Accurately measuring for your sunroom
• Ordering your new sunroom
• Quality Control

Michael's accomplishments in the local market include:

• Project Manager for the $65 million dollar condominium project at The Village at Mayfaire
• Project Superintendent of condominium project for Yaupon Dunes in Oak Island

Prior to moving to Wilmington, Michael was project manager for several single and multi-family communities in Charlotte, NC and New Jersey.

 

Delynn Richardson - Partner & Construction Consultant

Delynn has over 30 years experience in the construction industry.  He established Excel Builders in 1990 and has worked in the local area on such projects as The Bridge Tender Restaurant renovation at Wrightsville Beach and the Sanctuary and Narthex of Windermere Presbyterian Church of Wilmington.  Delynn has also built several custom homes in and around Wilmington.
